Q - Do I have to site my caravan on your land ?
A - For many years we have supplied holiday caravans to customers who wish to site them on their own or other private land, either as a permanent addition to their premises or as a short term alternative to renting, for instance, when a new house is being built.
Q - Do you provide caravan rentals?
A - PM Leisure do not provide holiday rentals - all caravans are owner occupied.
Q - Am I able to sublet my owned caravan?
A - Subletting is strictly prohibited on our caravan parks
Q - What is your open season each year?
A - Our caravans parks are open from March 1st until 31st October each year
Q - How much do you charge for ground rent?
A - Ground rent charges are dependant upon the handover date of the caravan. The office will calculate the rent based on time left in the season.
Q - What costs beyond ground rent are involved?
A - Additional costs include gas, electricity (billed annually) and caravan insurance which we are also able to provide
